Ordering Policies
Welcome! Here are some very important business policies we follow very strictly to ensure our time is maximized to meet your standards and delivery services

Meal prep week starts on Sunday evening when ordering by Thursday cut off, 2nd delivery is Wednesday evening from 7-9 pm

First delivery is Sunday

orders cut off Thursday 8 pm, for following Sunday delivery, for subscriptions week 1 menu will repeat over if new menu option wasn’t submitted

cancellation must be emailed 72 hrs prior to charge date for subscription

delivery time or address cannot be changed without a 24 hr notice , depending on availability

in case of an emergency you can pick up prior to 6 pm on delivery days , with notice,depending upon availability

We cannot guarantee accommodations on any food allergies

Food Allergy Disclosure
Our number one priority is to follow health and safety regulations when preparing and packing food. Although we focus on avoiding any cross contamination please be aware any severe food allergies must be discussed in advance.
